Pinnacle Community Association Management has announced the promotion of Heather Hamilton to the president of the ever-growing company, which provides comprehensive management services for small to medium-sized homeowners and condominium associations throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
A Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with 25 years of customer service experience, Heather has a background in banking and hospitality, specifically in expense control and budgeting, hiring, training, and team building.
As one of Pinnacle’s founding members, she also has experience as an association management company owner, an onsite/dedicated community association manager, and as a corporate community association manager responsible for handling a portfolio of clients from Orlando to Naples.
