Pinnacle Community Association Management has named Rick Fathauer as partner and vice president of finance for
the fast-growing company, which provides comprehensive management services for small to medium-sized
homeowners and condominium associations throughout Southwest Florida.
A certified public accountant with 24 years of experience serving a variety of businesses, including condominium and
homeowner association markets, Fathauer is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of South Florida and owns Fathauer Accounting Service. He has previously served as the manager of the accounting and tax departments for several leading companies in the area, including ALERT Protective Services.
